Drink it up baby!

I hate drinking water, and my kids get juice, milk and the occasional soft drink (more now that are older) but I always push the water, not their first choice that is obvious, but the best for them. Not only is it an awesome drink for their bodies now but will be a great habit to get into when they are older.

As an adult I have the hardest time drinking enough water. Even when I think I am drinking plenty I find out I am not even close.

Water aides in every aspect of your body functions. It is really needed during fat loss and when dieting. Men should consume 120 ounces of water daily and women should consume 80 ounces. You will always read different amounts but the same point is made, that you need water during the day.

More water is needed if you exercise, during cold or hot weather and when there is caffeine consumption.

There is no getting around it, your body needs water....make sure you are drinking it often. Just a really good habit to get into.
