Pepper is good or some other spice with no sodium
Eat them for a snack, for lunch and always for dinner
You should eat 5-6 servings per day 1/2 cup is a serving
Find the ones you like, experiment with different ones
Add them to meals and recipes like spaghetti and other pasta dishes
Get a few servings of raw veggies in
Let your imagination go free and love you veggies

Easier said than done. But I'm trying to eat more veggies, okay? :)
