In the main stream of the media, there will always be a head line, a story, an article that will have all you need to know on how to solve your problems. Focusing on one area gives them the opportunity to sell you anything. There is a juice that will slow the aging process, a pill that will get rid of fat, a device that will make you look like a bikini model. We buy into it because we want it and we want it right away. Our minds envision a smaller waist, a sexy bod and feeling great.
Where do we turn? What are the solutions to our unhealthy ways?
Going back to basics and unlearning what we have been filled up with. It could be a very positive start. Just a theory, keeping it a premise to new classes. You never know....
