Driving home, and all of a sudden it hits you. The wonderful smell of grease, yes the fat seduction that waffles through the air and gets trapped inside of your car. You driving along and you now have a hitch hiker, it wraps around all your senses.
Fat makes food taste great and smell awesome. It is the natural way of advertising itself, and it is very good at it. The proof, imagine the smell of a hamburger on the grill...now imagine the smell of broccoli steaming. One will make your mouth water and your stomach react faster and stronger.

It is not by accident that you can smell what a restaurant is cooking...its good fat business.
