No I am not talking about having a beer or a shot of scotch.
Sorry it is something else, something good for you. Forget the sports or energy drinks too, they are full of sodium and sugar and unless you are going for a ten mile run or competing in some athletic competition, why are you drinking that stuff anyway?
Experts recommend that we should drink at least 3 pints of water to help clean out toxins. A glass of hot water with squeeze of lemon or lime added to it in the morning will refresh the mouth and kick start the body into action (which usually involves getting ready to work)
Make your own energy drink - juicers are great and you are in control of what goes in.
Good for you - fresh juice, fresh veggie juice, herbal tea, low calorie drinks, milk and water
Bad for you - Alcohol, coffee, sweet fizzy drinks
I hate drinking water, no idea why, so I put a pitcher of water with sliced lemons in the fridge and set a goal to drink it through out the day!
