Tangy Barbeque Chicken

Six 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 1/4 lbs)


1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

4 tsp grated lemon peel

4 tsp coarsely ground pepper

2 tst Dijon mustard

3 garlic cloves, crushed



Place chicken in large non-aluminum bowl or dish

Mix lemon juice, lemon peel, pepper and mustard in a medium size bowl.

Mix in garlic.

Pour marinade over chicken, turning to coat.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Grill about 10 min per side or until done



Makes 6 servings.
