Get your chicken ready for the week!

Skinless boneless chicken breasts are healthy, full of protein, have less fat, and are easy to prepare for entire week. Bake at 350 F for about 50 min.


Line the tray with foil for easy clean up. Sprinkle the breasts with your favourite seasoning. You can put different herbs and spices on each piece. I use pepper/garlic mix with no salt. There are so many different combinations you can use. You will be using the breasts for different meals for the week so mix it up.


Let the chicken cool down and then put in storage container and put in fridge. There are endless uses for the chicken now for the week. If you are busy all you have to do is come home and cut up some chicken and throw it on a salad or in a pasta dish.

Warm it up and put in a tortilla or wrap. You can even make soup in minutes.
