For a short time the 20 minute work out had people moving. The Canadian show only had two seasons made but the re runs were on the air for years. The workouts were tough but the big attraction were the attractive girls in small outfits. Maybe more men were watching than women actually working out to the show?

Each 60-minute Jazzercise class is a mix off jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and Latin-style movements set to popular music.
Tae Bo became popular in the 90's, Billy Banks brought you cardio-boxing workout. Tae Bo was designed as a different type of aerobic and cardio workout which focused on the soul and mind while giving the body a cardio workout.
Zumba, the latest to hit the fitness craze scene is a Latin inspired dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia during the 1990s.
Zumba incorporates dance and aerobic and does not use the count style but involves following the music with repetitive movements. Zumba's merges hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.
