Walk it off

Walking may burn approx. 100 calories per mile ( based on 150 lbs woman. If you weigh more, you’ll burn more calories and if you weigh less you will burn fewer)

With this in mind:


A whopper with cheese is 800 calories

A Big Mac is 590

A Bean burrito is 370

1 slice pepperoni pizza 350

Banana Split 510

Baked potato 220 that’s with nothing on it.




Glazed donut 242


¼ cup dry roasted peanuts 214
