Grab a Hula Hoop

Three dollars for a hula hoop. Was not sure if I would remember how, but it was easy and comes back to you. We are talking about engaging all muscles and strengthening core muscles. If you have the room, grab a hula hoop, start twirling that thing around your waist while watching TV or use it for your warm up to a work out.







Gyrating your hips strengthens your entire core and burns about 4 calories per minute (the same as a moderately paced walk)



I now include hooping in all my workouts.
